Justin KoeppMy Journey started last summer. I noticed a lot of back pain and I didn't have any energy. I work a lot and figured I didn't have time to do a regular workout. I contacted James and he got me started on a regular workout. It has been great as I am down 45 pounds and have tons of energy! I do a regular morning workout three to four times a week and have recently started running 6 to 10 miles a week. I changed my eating habits to leaner and greener foods. It has been an amazing year and I am looking forward to the future. I have used Advocare Catalyst in the morning followed by ETB protein for post-workout and snacks. I take Advocare Spark for an afternoon boost if needed. I couldn't be happier and thank James and all of the people at Lemke's Fitness for the kind words and motivation.

Renei HoltzmanI decided to get my butt in gear when I saw a number on the scale that I never expected to see in my life. I was tired of being tired all the time and wanted to be able to run with my kids and play with them. I didn't want to be the parent that always sat to the side and didn't join in. Gabe and I decided to do it together and that has helped a lot. I have lost over 13 inches and almost 40 lbs!I used to drink around 2 liters of Mt. Dew a day but I have replaced that with 1-2 Sparks a day. I also take Enrage and Pure isolate protein from ETB.
I attend 2 classes a week and have been working on my eating habits. I make healthier choices for my meals now and make sure to eat snacks and drink lots of water.

Abby JarrottI've been working with James since February to get back into shape and get healthy. I've normally been one to work out on my own at the gym and that consisted of nothing but cardio. I'd get on an elliptical or treadmill and do my 45 minutes of cardio and call it good. I wanted to try something different this time and wanted to build some muscle. I have to say that Id much rather do cardio any day over lifting weights so this was a big challenge for me. My results have been great, and I've finally got some guns which I havenever had before. If you want to be challenged and pushed I would recommend James Lemke at Lemke's Fitness, he will work with you and challenge you, toget the results you are looking for!

Allisa RichterFour short months ago I was introduced to Lemkes Fitness and Training Co. I signed up for some training sessions with Terra Koupal in hopes of getting that toned body back that I had before becoming a mom. I was always a very active person but over time and with the additional duties of being a wife, mother and full time nurse I had very little time to work out let alone did I have the energy to do it. I was falling into that slump of unhealthy living. I didnt eat very well, didnt get enough sleep and was just really unhappy with the way I felt and looked. I got tired of people always telling me Oh, once you have kids, your body will never be the same. Well, they are right, it wont be the same. But with the help of Terra and James and the Advocare products I am determined to defy this stereotype and have a BETTER body than before! Terra has been my biggest fan there isnt a day that goes by I dont get some kind of encouraging words from her. She is always there to push me just a little bit further when Ive wanted to stop. She is always there to help me tweak my meal plan when Im at a plateau and she just makes working out fun. She has the biggest heart of anyone I know and her story alone is an inspiration to me.
I have thoroughly enjoyed being a member at Lemke's and have made some great new friends. You truly do feel like you are part of a family. I am thrilled to be a member here and am even more excited to see where this journey takes me.
