. is open to our members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are very flexible with membership packages. Whether you prefer a year agreement, a month to month agreement or just want to join for a couple weeks, the choice is up to you.
Small Group Training
When Accountability and Timing Matters The Most
You probably struggle to get your exercise in each week, let alone each day. You need some motivation, guidance and support. You're not alone! Most people know the basics of working out, they just get bored with the same routine day in and day out.
Whether you're an experienced exerciser or just starting out our Small Group Training program is perfect for you. Utilizing the latest technology and programming each individual in the group will get the most out of their workout, no matter what their skill level.
Your Fitness Professional will lead the Small Group through a series of exercises to challenge all levels from novice to expert. We will work every major muscle group, your core and your endurance for the entire session. We limit the Small Group Training to just 4-5 people so we can give everyone the attention they need to be safe and effective.
Many people are amazed at how flexible our training schedule is, we offer Small Group Training times which accommodate all schedules, from early morning, mid-day, and evening. You can book online, over the phone or in person, with any of our friendly staff.
You're definitely not a number, you're a member of a fitness family where you will build friendships which will last for years. All while you are getting in the best shape of your life. Plus, you'll be in, out and on with your life with this very efficient program. No more excuses, no more spending hours in the gym grinding away on grueling exercises. Fitness Classes are a great way to get in shape without planning your workout. Our certified Hartford Personal Fitness Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors will guide you through an awesome workout which will get you in great shape--and keep you that way. This isn't like the typical gym fitness class program where they don't know who you are or if you even show up. We make sure you are reaching your fitness goals by assigning you a Personal Fitness Trainer and coach.

The Lemke's Fitness Zumba class is a fun and energetic cardio/strength conditioning class which will IGNITE your metabolism. Our Certified Zumba Instructor conducts this class to make sure you stay safe, have fun, and work hard.
Extreme Fitness in 45 minutes, we deliver lasting results in a fun, encouraging, family-like environment.
Our X-Fit 45 program is a great way to get in shape without planning your workout. We take your goals very serious, and deliver long lasting results not only through your workouts, but also with your nutrition and accountability.
Your X-Fit 45 coach will guide you through an awesome workout at convenient times that will get you in great shape--and keep you that way.

Our certified yoga instructor teaches yoga not only as a means for a great workout for the body but the mind as well. Taking the tension out of your body releases the stressors in your life and clears your mind. The postures of yoga are used to alleviate health problems and reduce stress. You will be guided in a safe, friendly, non-judgemental and fun environment.
